1 Introduction
1.1 These online shopping terms and conditions apply to all orders which you place using the Vado A Cena website, operated by Pensiero Diverso Limited a company registered in England (n. 7076479). Our registered office is at 15 Grove House Road, Crouch End, London N8 7JW. Please read them carefully before placing your order and print a copy for future reference.
1.2 By using our website you agree to the terms and conditions that comprise a contract between us. Nothing in this contract affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
2 Registration
2.1 You must be 18 years old or over to register, access to your account and place order with us.
2.2 We reserve the right to refuse access to the website, terminate accounts, remove or edit content or cancel order at our discretion without notice.
2.3 Please ensure that all the information you provide are correct and complete and promptly notify us of any change (e.g. address). You are responsible of all activities that occur under your and account.
3 Purchase Order
3.1 When you place an order on our online shop this is an offer by you to us to purchase the selected goods or services. Please check carefully your order to ensure it is correct. You acknowledge you are 18 years old or over and accept the price, the delivery charge and the description of the goods.
3.2 Payment is by credit card. You will receive a confirmation email from the payment system. Your order will be accepted and processed under the condition that the card is authorised.
4 About our website
4.1 We have made every effort to ensure reliable and accurate information, such as color, dimensions and specifications of the items.
4.2 We do not guarantee the accuracy of all the information on our website. In case you see any inaccuracies, please inform us and we will correct them as soon as possible.
4.3 The hampers shown in pictures contain only the products listed in the box desprition.
5 Alcoholic products
5.1 When you place an order for wine or for any items containing alcohol you confirm to be 18 years old or over.
6 Price and delivery charge
6.1 The prices indicated in our online shop include VAT unless otherwise stated.
6.2 Delivery is charged separately and the amount is indicated when you place the purchase order.
6.3 The minimum order is of £25.00. If your order is lower than the minimum you will not be able to proceed with the check out of your basket. If you order is less than £70.00 the delivery charge will be of £3.00 when the delivery address is in Central London. For orders of £70.00 or more the delivery is free of charge. For deliveries outside of London and in UK the delivery charge is of £8.50. For deliveries in every other Country in the European Union the delivery charge is of £30.00.
6.4 The prices shown on our website are in pounds sterling GBP.
7 Items availability
7.1 Our products come from small producers and some of them are seasonal. We can not be responsible if any goods are temporary unavailable.
7.2 You will be informed as soon as possible in case of order of items not available and we will offer you an alternative substitution.
7.3 We will not substitute the products you have purchased unless you give us your consent to do so.
8 Return policy
8.1 If you live in the European Union you have the right to withdraw from the purchase of goods within seven working days starting on the day after the delivery date.
8.2 The right does not apply to perishable goods or items likely to expire rapidly. In case of return you will receive full refund within 30 days and the cost of returning the goods to us shall be borne by you.
9 Delivery
9.1 Delivery will be made to the address you have indicated when placing the order.
9.2 Deliveries to UK addresses are made within 5 working days from your order confirmation date. Deliveries to addresses outside the UK are made within 10 working days from your order confirmation date.
9.3 We make any efforts to deliver you order on time. If we are unable to meet the delivery date we will immediately inform you to agree a different delivery time.
9.4 We check carefully the quality of our goods. However you shall inspect the goods and in case of defective items you must notify us immediately.
9.5 The risk of damage or loss of the goods passes to you on delivery, or if delivery is attempted but your are not present or you wrongfully refuse delivery or in you supplied us an incorrect address.
10 Intellectual property rights
10.1 All information, data, text, photographs, graphic, media contained in our website are protected by copyright, trade marks and patents or other proprietary rights.
10.2 The content may not modified, copied, sold, hired or transmitted without our consent.
11 Warranty and liability
11.1 Nothing in this agreement may in any way restricts or excludes our liability for negligence causing death or personal injury, neither any of these terms limits your statutory rights.
11.2 Our liability of any kind, including breach of contract shall be limited to the retail price of the goods contained in that order.
11.3 We are not liable for delay in our performance or failure to perform our obligations if the delay or the failure is due to any circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including, but not limited to, force majeure, fire, flood, strikes, riot, accident, war.

13.1 This contract shall be governed by the English law and is subjected to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
